None of the menus load at the top of the page. I just got a new PC and was wondering if I might be lacking the software to display the images.

Most likely the opposite, your computer thinks happyhardcore.com is a porn site and is blocking the images on the site, turn off ther crappy filtering software.

I think I know what he means, it's happening to mine too.
What you could do, is "View -> Status Bar" then just hover the cursor over the menu and see what it says down at teh bottom of the screen.

What are you running? It's always firewalls and crappy parental stuff installed.
