I haven't used that particular one but i've had a couple of Behringer mixers and they've been absolutely fine.

They are not bad for the price your paying and just to clear this up because I know you're probally thinking it, the only think it has in common with the Pioneer is it's looks! if you are comparing it to the pioneer then you are bound to be dissapointed.

For £200 quid your best bet is to probally go for the behringer but I would'nt buy it of e-bay because it's 2nd hand. If I were you I would save up for a Vestrax or Pioneer it will be worth it in the long run.

they are selling new ones too, all boxed and new
what mixer would you recommend...
I'm looking for one that has at least 3 channels (2 decks and CDdeck)
must have bass mid and treb on each channel.
good hardwearing cross fader (as I do a lot of scratching)
the usual stuff... bpm counter not necessary but a bonus if its on there.

I would go for the Vestrax PCV-275 mixer but it will skin you an extra £90 but is diffently worth it! It has all of the above except bpm counter but who really needs them there a pile of shit! and any serious dj knows the Vestrax name means quality

thanks I appreciate that
I used to have the little pmc5a scratch mixer and its totally pants and the quality is very poor... I guess they have put more thought into PCV-275 then... lol
thanks for your advice and I'll have a look around!

I have this mixer. It works perfectly fine. The only things I dont really like is 1. The fact that the BPM counter is completely useless because it cant keep a beat, and 2. when the crossfader is in the middle, it doesnt sound 50/50, the channel being mixed into is a little bit quieter than it should be. Other than these 2 things, its a great mixer. Ive used a Pioneer DJM 600 and its far superior, but for $200, its good for the money.
