The easier a program is too use, the harder it is to get some done properlly with it.

I definately agre with that, Fruityloops is extremely easy touse, and that's why i use it but i could never use it to do a good mixdown.

For Trance synths, Scott Brown uses a JP8000 (JP8080 is a rackmout version of this), and Breeze & Styles use a Virus B. Gammer uses a Virus too. But these are expensive.

I would never reccomend any Juno for Trance. Juno's are by far suited to old style Hardcore. from 1994 to 1999 the Alpha Juno was the main synth in Hardcore really, most of those cheese sounds were created on it. And they are actually really cheap now, you can get one for about £150 on Ebay.

At the moment I have

Yahama rs700 - Sampler/sequencer/workstation which gives me beats and alot of other sounds ehich also has 100 built effects as well as master effects.

Korgmicro- Vocoder wh=ith killer and more up to date sounds as well as changing ya voice wiith vocoder. This is probs the thing I use the most.

Alpha Juno 1- Love it but I havent had much use out of it as even though I wanna use it I just dont have the patients to randomly sit there and create patches up. Im gonna get the Hardware Programmer for it or sync it up to Midi and put to the use (after burned onto data cd) with the one I bought I *ahem* bought.

Logic is where it all gets finalised and engineerd, love the problem.

Things im aiming to get in the Future

Virus C for its amazing sounds

Roland TB303 for the acid but im told the Virus can emulate it easy.

Kontact I think this may benefit me but I have a sampler that could do the same thing so Im gonna hold fire and see what the sampler does.
