well, a few years back there was a CD released called "Brainstorm - Mixed By Sharkey and Mark EG" around the same time i bought it on vinyl (a 2 piece 8 track "dj friendly" set from react) - and ive just got hold of the CD and i cant help but notice that Track 18 on sharkeys mix
(Robert Wagner - Eclypse) sounds absolutly NOTHING
like Side D2

(ones Freeform and the other (what i have on the Bstomers vinyl..is gabber)
just wondering if anybody has any info on what's gone on here lol

That's because React messed up and put the wrong track name on the Brainstorm mix. He plays Robert Wagner - Listen Carefully not Eclypse on his mix. But when they went to release the vinyl pack they actually DID use Eclypse instead of the track Sharkey spun on his mix. The track you want was only released twice afaik. The original is on DOM and it's frikin impossible to find. I think I saw it on ebay only once and it went for an insane amount. This is it:

Tri, also, track 4 on Mark E.Gs mix isn't actually Allure - Rejected (Liquid Child Remix). In fact that track doesn't feature on the Brainstorm CD at all...it's only on the vinyl! But it hasn't been corrected on discogs!
No idea what the track is that he used on the CD, let me know once you work it out. Okay cheers.

Yo! It was "Allure - When She Left (Wavestate remix)". Fixed on discogs, now.

A guy I used to hang around with actually stole my mark eg cd, well not that I listened to the mark eg cd anyway lol but that's not the point

Sharkey's mix is still one of my all time fav mixes. Its what got me into freeform in the first place.
