Say Knightmare, you seem to be the man in the know for the harder faster sounds, I wonder if you could give me a bit of info.

I picked up a cd about 5 years ago called "Disco Inferno" by "Delta 9", sounds pretty speedcore style to me around the 240bpm+ I just wondered if you could tell me any info about who "Delta 9" is, I think he's just one bloke, but where's he from? Whats he doing now? etc I've a feeling he's American, any info would be great thanks.

Like andy said, he's on industrial strenght records (known from lenny dee, dj jappo, ...). I believe he's from Chicago and the man has wicked terror(speedcore)-sets.

here's a li'l info on the man at http://www.discogs.com/artist/Delta_9.

enjoy

I thought he was french, but I was wrong. You're right, he's german (looked it up).
I stand corrected.
I apologise for the misunderstanding

ez

Frenchcore is a silly name given to hardcore techno from france by us in the uk

Its basically hardcore techno...from france ;)

the sound is just like what you hear on deathchant with the driving filthy off and kick with some funny or sick samples to boot.

speedfreak plays hardcore techno too (frenchcore what ever) he is german and has his own label shockwave that also showcases this sound as well as some speedcore and breaks

he also produces for propbably the biggest hardcore techno label in the world psychik genocide a french label ran by dj raduim (not the italian hardstyle producer)

you can catch lots of this sometimes on my hardcore show every sunday at 9pm on www.hardcoreregime.co.uk if your interested :D

Someone I know listens to and writes Shitcore and dirtcore, it is apparently the most underground music in the world and just sounds like vehicles crashing into a steel warehouse at extremley high speed lots and lots of times. It is some twisted music and there is no way people can actually like it and i think they only listen to it because it makes them different.

If you liked this post why not get up and do a dance in honour of it.

digital hardcore can't be compared with other forms of hardcore, it's more like the US-variety of "industrial" (which is different in Europe), only a little more up-tempo imo... unless offcourse we're gonna dig up stuff like ATR
