i forgot about it until last night when i heard it again on a styles nye set. the vocals hit nice.

I?m mates with Chris and I?ve asked him about this as over the years he?s sorted me out with loads of his music but he said it was just a remix him and Darren done and they can?t do anything with it as it?s down to Christina as she owns the rights to the track and vocal that is why it?s not been released as it?s down to her.

My escapade was fuelled by fury. Something I still feel. Thank you for awakening the dragon.
Al still hasn't got the last 3 files mastered to get Warped Science out and done. I'm not one to sit around and keep waiting for people to do stuff.
I've done everything for him. Months of work. All I'm asking is for him to master 3 files. Which he uses LANDR for so it's not hard. Yet months and months go by.
As for what I put out I feel in the right to put out what I have. EP was because the currently available stuff is terrible.
The 2023 masters I paid to have those made. I put Breathe in the Warped Science bundle.
Yet Al goes and releases a collection with the 2011 mix listed as the Raver Baby mix. I give him the file and tell him to fix. 6 months later it's still the same.
When it comes to me I do not have the time or the energy to mess about.
I put many months of my life in to doing this stuff. Not forgetting the money I spent buying the music to complete Warped Science. I was let down by CDJay which will never be forgotten. He knows that because I warned him when we started talking to not mess me about.
And so I'm not going to sit on this stuff forever. People want the music. I give them the chance to do it right if not I'll do it myself. Because yes their time is valuable making the music. However so is my time sorting out their messes.
I was asked to take on Warped Science. I did what I was asked to do. Shouldn't that work both ways?
As for this edit it's been 10 years. No release in sight. If it got released it'll be a Cubase MP3 like Concrete Angel was.
As for Chris Unknown and Sy too I've asked them for stuff. Offered to pay them. Chris said yes until I sent him my list then he ignored me. Sy said no because of copyright.
So the new generation get nothing. That's not fair yet their old buddies get whatever. That's not encouraging new talent and growth. That's keeping yourself relevant for as long as possible.
For someone starting new as a DJ today virtually none of the big stuff is available today. I get messages from many people asking where they can buy a song yet they can't. I've tried to fix that by getting music released. However when I reach a stubborn mule I don't sit there and go oh well. I just sort it.
I'm not taking brand new releases and putting them online for all to get without paying. You remember what that was like don't you? I encourage people to buy music. It's up to the artists and labels to not have that option. I push and push for release.
It's not fair that new DJs weren't born 20 years earlier to get tracks from serious sounds and IMO back in the day.
Music brings so many people happiness and joy. I'm out there to help people.
I know how it feels to hear all these songs in mixes and to not be able to buy them yourself. It's not nice and is very off-putting. It's just one of the many reasons Hardcore is in the toilet.
There are some good people out there. I have many friends even artists who know what I do. However as they started off as fans they understand why I do this because they started the same when it came to not being able to buy music.

As someone who has no bridges to burn, I am kinda tempted to make everything I own that hasn't been available for decades free for download myself.
Artist can't complain about money if they actively don't make sure their content is available anywhere. Anyone who works knows that you can't earn money by just sitting down. That's why bands still make tours to earn a living (although the big record labels to earn too much for the work they do themselves...)
If it's a copyright issue? Upload it for free as "Anon", like you've already done on vinyl already in the 90's!

with tracks that are 10 plus years old, are never coming out, i dont see whats wrong with people making an intro and outro so people can mix um.
now i understand when they do it to new tracks which will be released, thats taking the piss.
but anything that 5, 10 15 years old, its safe to say its not getting released.
like bo - judgement day or hixxy remix of bullet in my gun, both on albums. both 15 plus years old and never coming out
i think in the 90s choons got hammered for year before they was released and by that time, you start not liking the track and sometimes it just never came out
