Yep, it isn't a joke at all. he did actually reply to my email that I sent to the site, if I'd have known he was so ill, I wouldn't have sent an email. It was just asking for updates on a couple of orders. He said he hasn't been able to post them, with him being ill. I'm guessing he replied to me before he was hospitalised though

I first heard about it and first wondered what Scott meant with "a bad way." He has since posted a post below saying that Al is taking some heavy medications, so he's really on the bad end of getting covid :(
