It's not a remix of Outside World, at least not officially. I've listened to everything called "Outside World" on discogs and youtube. Been searching for decades.

I have this record. I purchased it for 'DJ Merlin & Energizer - In My Mind', as I heard Hixxy play it in 1999 @ Helter Skelter. I think it was the 'Nightlife' event.
