There's quite a few mixes with him scratching. One of my personal favourites is in his Off Yer Nut! 1 mix. 56:40 is especially awesome.

Yeah it was always a weird one as scratching was something you'd never really associate with DJ Brisk. But he done it a few times during that era and was actually rather good. He kinda just stopped heading into the 00s.
