I know this isn't exactly what you're after, but it's a remix of this

looks like the acapella was released on the vinyl and later digitally, so there are probably quite a few remixes out there.

It's a wierd one, because the kick, bassline and background arpeggio screams dutch happy hardcore of 1998...but at the same time the lead synth, the brassy one, sounds quite modern and Next Gen/Blatant Beatsy.

Nail on head. It's got a Dutch kick but UK lead, and i thought it sounded like Next Gen/Blatant Beats too.
