No I cant increase the avatar size it will slow my web site loading, they are not suppose to be movies anyway.

how'd u create the movie ones? IS there a prgoram or do u just need to be good at computers!?

Both! You have to make every image frame by frame and then use a program that puts them together to make it an animation. You can also edit how fast it goes.

I use Paint Shop Pro 5 for imaging, and Animation Shop 1 for gifs. I bought PSP back in '97 so that's why it's so old! But it's trusty!
