SSU-1 flew off the shelves, followed by releases such as SSU 4 Superman that sold superbly on vinyl, then received licensing to Dance Speed, the massive Japanese compilation album that sold close to 250,000 copies! Over the next year the team kept on top of the release schedule and included two new labels, Mashed Up and Havinit Large.Around this same time, Simon had become good friends with DJ Lostboy, key player in the Southern CA scene. They immediately collaborated as SSU Recordings artists that forged the North-South bond with connections into every corner of West Coast Electronica. Simon & SSU Recordings received multiple licenses, including Bonkers on React, Bonkers on Resist, Hec-Tech, The Ministry of Sounds Decadance, Warner Bros Nation, Decadance 2. Simons public relations star began to rise with regular coverage from mainstream press with a slew of articles in publications like URB, WAX, BPM, Insider, Fix, Massive, Lotus, Freebass. Simon received the 2002 Sammie award nomination for most successful Sacramento Electronic Musician.Simon still had an insanely hectic DJ agenda that had him on the road every weekend, taking him to almost every state in the USA, along with trips out to Canada, Mexico, The Drome in Sydney Australia, then back to the UK to play events like Raindance, Future Dance and Adrenalin. As DJ, Simon held residences with the largest organizations in the USA including Feel Good, Insomniac, and Skills, all regularly averaging attendance of 10 thousand plus, going as high as 30 thousand. A Nocturnal Wonderland broke the 50 thousand mark! The years had been very good, but what goes up must come down. In 2002 the USA scene was thrust into the limelight.Today Simon continues to spend as much time as possible in the studio working on new material. With over 100 releases under his belt, Simon still pushes the Breakbeat envelope hard. Recent collaboration with Derek Dee Dub received huge support from labels such as Mizumo Music, Uplifting Rhythm, and Can You Feel It Media. He also has several group projects under Embrace and Dirty Rotten Scoundrels with long-time production partner Danny Lostboy, and a recent colab with MR. Smart Bomb. If nothing else Simon promises to keep cranking out the choons for at least another 20 years! http://www.beatport.com/artist/simon-apex/167167 VampyVicious - UK Hardcore This is VampyVicious. Dead World 5: Rise of the dead
Added by donald_whan (1 Attending)
♫♪Hardcore 313 & Kikwear are proud to present Dead World 5!♫♪
What started off as a little fun, a little gore, and a spark of Detroit's love for the zombie ways,
became not just our own, but the people of this city's and the surrounding areas most
anticipated event!
Once, only a few brain feasters, has now become hundreds of moaning, groaning, undead
kids and the survivors up in arms from all over taking part in a night of dance like none
other...Dead World.
With many great artists boasting their time on the stages above the walking dead, and many
attendees with multiple years under their belt, we invite the seasoned veterans, and the fresh
meat of the scene, out once again to make this another thrilling year to add to the books.
Come alive on this night...as the undead.

***Entity***
United Kingdom/Breakbeat Hardcore/UK Hardcore
Hardcore Underground
Having first appeared on the Hardcore radar with the Breakbeat / D&B crossover 'Fallout' in
2006, Entity has steadily built his solid reputation as both a versatile DJ and producer. Having
collaborated on tracks with various artists including Darwin, Fracus, CLSM and Chwhynny, and
continuing with his varied solo productions, it was not until 2011 that Entity made his debut as
a DJ for Hardcore Underground. Mixing 'HU5' alongside the legendary DJ Slipmatt, Entity
turned in one of the series' most critically acclaimed mixes.
As a DJ, Entity has played all over the UK for the likes of Freeformation and Munted as well as
completing a tour of Canada in 2011.
He has always been a DJ and producer synonymous with Breakbeat, despite having also
produced some of HU's toughest tracks, with his love of distorted 909s and hi-octane
production techniques evident in tracks like 'Hookie Mammoth' and 'Did You See It'. His
regular collaborations with Jon Doe (CLSM) have also proved extremely popular and the
CLSM label released perhaps his biggest track to date 'Stargazer' in 2009. Proof that
Breakbeat tracks can be as anthemic as anything else.
In 2012 Entity will feature on the Hardcore Underground albums as a DJ once again, and with
an impressive collection of upfront material ready to go, there is no doubt this year will see
some serious progress.

A crowd favourite in the 313, Tranzit's aggressive mixing and lust for genre-hopping allows him to build creative, dance floor-driven sets at a breakneck pace. On the case since 2001, and heavily influenced by the mashup styles prevalent in the mid-2000s, he continues to push the envelope live and in the studio. Expect the unexpected as he blends upfront smashers, drum n' bass, drumstep, oldschool anthems, electro-driven UK hardcore business and god-knows- what-else into an experience that'll leave you breathless. Tranzit is joined by the legendary MC Everybodies Daddy. MCED has been rocking crowds for 15 years with an electric stage presence and infectious energy that prompted the Raving Eye to dub him North America's top Hardcore MC. He mixes staccato freestyles with slick, meaningful rhymes like few others do. He's rocked stages from Hullabaloo to Candyball, and it's about damn time the 313 got a taste of the cunning linguist mack daddy MC. Lighter crew. Whistle crew. Horns crew. Throw your panties on the stage if you're ready for the roughness! In a decade on the decks he has made his mark by weaving together tracks from several different genres of music, and several different styles of drum n' bass. He's not shy to blend oldschool, jump up, ragga, breakbeat hardcore, dubstep, and a bit of the nasty stuff in a way that's notorious for dancefloor mayhem. His studio mixes are stories told in music, designed and tweaked to toy with your emotions. His live sets are flat out dancefloor destroyers. Bring your dancing shoes, 'cos this one g'wan get dirty. Gobs the Zombie has a performance style that combines DJing, MCing, video projections, stage theatrics, blood & guts, gore, and crowd interaction. He has developed a cult following over a decade which literally crosses national borders. Not a weekend goes by when this man isnt on a plane going to wreak havoc on another villages unsuspecting dancefloor. Music ranges from moombahton, electro house, dubstep, nu rave, and anything else he can find to make a crowd go crazy. Gobs has a huge repor with his fans. He communicates regularly through his popular blog Dead Kids Get Lively and his soundcloud consistently showcases his latest mixed bag mix sets, bootlegs, and original production. Not content with being another dj in an ocean of unknown talent, Gobs the Zombie will tear apart any party until every last soul has been consumed! We pretty much new that her dark taste in the heavier styles of hardcore would go over awesome here in Detroit at our yearly massive zombie party. It's in 2008 that she had her first contact with the Hardcore sound. Every Saturday night, she listened religiously to Quebec radio station Kanibalz Attack on CHYZ FM 94.3 whom gave me the opportunity to discover and appreciate this music. All in all, mainstream Hardcore got most of her attention with it's higher BPM, it's massive distorted bass and hard hitting melody. At the beginning of 2010, she did her first appearance as a collaborator on the radio show Kanibalz Attack , after meeting her dear friend Merkurius. After a while, she wanted to do more for the Hardcore Scene. Seeing the passion of her DJ friends had for Djing, the idea of mixing naturally came to dopamyne. She acquired her first pair of CDJs at the dawn of autumn 2010. She hoped to one day become a messenger of this demonic music. Today she is the first female Dj to be integrated into the Kanibalz Kollective group. Dopamyne has played alongside some of the biggest names in the hard sound world such as Hardstyle legand DJ Coone & several Dutch Hardcore (AKA Gabber) Bad-ass's like Hellsystem, Lenny Dee, The Viper and more... Mastered at the art of making your girlfriend vomit from the overwhelming bass, Stepchild is no light weight in the Hardcore underground and he's harder then coffin nails. With his precision mixing and high energy live acts mixed with the theatrics and crowd interaction that the masses want, it's no wonder why The Child has been taking the North American Hardcore Scene by storm. There's no telling what hard style the Child will bring when he hits the decks but rest assured it's always the hardest bass that rips the roof off of venues time and time again, weather he's pumping Hardstyle, Dubstyle, Gabber or whatever style, your in for one hell of a show!!! Born without a face and raised by a pack of wolves, let's give Stepchild his Dead World Debut!!! Raise your fist and let the anger flow out of you!!! From throwin FreeTeks in the forest to bangin out choonz b2b with some of UKs finest, at some of the most notorious Hitman Productions events. Since then DFB has been heard on Krafty Radio, Global Dance radio and countless events across Canada and the northern US. DFBs first love was HHC, but after seeing the dark side there was nothing that could be done. Having severe music ADD dont expect to hear just one style, playing everything from electro-swing to the darkest most evil hardcore. Just like you (and your mom) he likes it hard...
