the authorities have more important things to worry about than ome kid being sarcastic like last wek i had smeon try to break into my house and i chased him away with a hammer and when i told the police they said they could arrest me...what for? protecting my house and everything in it from some junkie looking for cash to go get his next hit of smack? or even to protect my own life for all i knew he could have had a knife and i could have been seriously injured or killed
bad example i know but it's the fact that there are so many dangerous people around and somone is being jailed for 8 years for being sarcastic how can they get away with something like that

and ask this what should happen to the guy that went looking for his address surely that is a more serious crime it's basically stalking ffs the fact is the world is full of nutjobs it always has been and always will be

Someone here posted a picture of a school and a date to an imageboard. The school was closed by police and the guy detained. School shootings are a sensitive subject. Seriously, if you're even remotely familiar with the internet, you know thats the line you cant cross. No matter how many lol's you add to it.
I'm guessing 8 years, is the maximum he could get, i.e. what hes not getting. Still, being detained for months for it is insane.

I've never trusted people who writtes "lol" (shit, now you made me write my 10th lol (<- 11th) for all the 18 years i've been online), and then he writes "jk" afterwords? Yepp, he where going to kill people.
