DI is a radio, why would you need a separate app for it?

So when you chose another channel that isnt from DI, you close the whole app and open another one? I dont get it, most radio players should have "favourites" lists where you can add the DI channels you listen.

I have another app that lets me record on the iphone and i can add any statiom i want...
With the di app i can see whats coming up, as in live shows

I've used alot of apps and I'm not shitting you when this app has had alot of thought been put into it... I was a beta tester and also used alot of other apps out there... obviously if you want anything off DI or HappyHardcore.com radio you're out of luck (hey why would you listen anywhere else!?).... just some of the features this app has over others
ACCplus streams
Auto detects 3G and wifi and adjusts stream accordingly
Live show information and alerts
Tune into Premium accounts (128k AAC)
Volume slides for buffer breaks
Down grades streams if bandwidth is an issue
Attempts to gracefully reconnect after buffers...
Multiple languages...
