In the build up to the February launch of our USA based office of distribution for UK / USA Hardcore, Freeform, Hardcore Techno, Nu Style, Hard Style, Trance, UK Hard House and Breakbeat, there are lots of ways in which you can become more closely involved with our operation. We’d like www.nuenergyusa.com to be informational and community based so our users can learn more about the scene outside their local area. Not only will it serve as a portal for stores and dj’s to purchase all of the latest music and merchandise but it will also be rammed packed full of news, reviews, interviews, photos, videos, forums & a whole load more! We’re asking you to hop on board the ride and get involved. Listed below are the different areas in which you get involved with Nu Energy USA, so whether you’re a budding club photographer, an aspiring music journalist or just looking to spread the word of your favourite labels and parties there’s a role for you to play.
US Record Label Distribution
As well as importing music from the UK and the rest of Europe, we are interested in pushing our own home grown talent. We are looking for any underground material to spread around the US. Our main focus is Hardcore, all forms of Hard Dance and Breakbeat but any underground 12Ethat is well produced and causing damage will be considered. MP3 Store
We’d like to expand on our UK/USA MP3 store and house much more of your music. If you currently have a label, would like to expand your sales and feature your music on our MP3 store then please get in touch with [email protected] or [email protected]
Stores
Are you a store owner or store affiliate, interested in stocking our extensive wholesale catalogue and becoming an official Nu Energy USA reseller? If so please contact [email protected] for an account application and more info.
Dj’s / Collectors
Don’t panic all you mail order junkies! Nu Energy USA will sell direct to you via our state of the art online store at competitive retail pricing!

Have you got a passion for writing and sharing your love of the scene? We’re looking to learn and educate the world about the cultures and happenings of your local dance scene. What ever your hard side pleasure, we’d like to know what is rockin your local area. What promoters are pushing the scene forward? What residents are kickinEass? Our new features section is to host information on a worldwide scale so we need the talent and inspiration of you to supply interesting, informative features to us. Here is an example of possible features you can write but the only limit is your imagination:

Banner Exchange
We are offering a banner exchange program to all event promoters. All we ask in exchange for free flash banner space on www.nuenergyusa.com is for you to print our logo and web address some where on your event flyer! Mail [email protected] for more info.
Work Experience
This will only apply to people able to travel easily to our South Croydon (UK) or Sacramento (USA) office. Over the years we have housed many work experience students. It is a great help to us to have an extra pair of hands on deck and in return we offer a valuable insight into the music industry and the way it works behind the scenes. Please only contact us if you have a genuine passion for the music and are willing to work hard in a fun but challenging environment. Future Producers
At the NEC we’ve prided ourselves on bringing new talent into the scene. We are always on the look out for new producers with an innovative approach to music creation. If you have a talent for production then we’d like to hear your music. Only send your demo if you are confident the content or ideas will excite us. Demos should be submitted with a short profile on yourself, a list of what you used to create it and finally the music itself.
You can either send demos by post to Kevin Energy, Nu Energy Collective, PO Box 3222, South Croydon, CR2 6XU, UK OR via email to [email protected] or [email protected] if sending by E-mail please supply a link to stream/download from. Please Do NOT send your files as an attachment! Personal feedback will be given to every demo supplied but please be patient!

It is unfortunate that NuEnergy USA has skipped over many of the DJs, producers, and promoters who actually are already working to push the stateside scene when developing this project.
I really hope to see this change in the future and NEC USA can work with those involved already instead of trying to insert themselves into the developing scene.

^^ Couldn't have said it better myself. Then again why should we leave it up to a UK-based company to develop something stateside when they are so out of touch with what's going on in America? Sounds silly if you ask me.

imo we keep doing our own thing (US, and Canada), and eff everyone else k?
and lets start from scratch, we have something interesting and unique here, lets nourish it and not give it away to some hack jobs that will in all likelihood rip us off.
