hmmm, i can't decide if it's a synthesizer or a natrual sound, if it were a synthesizer it would have to be an FM sound, as for natrual sound - sounds a bit like hitting a long pipe with a pingpong racket!!
lollllll....its defo a fm sound mate (mentioned above ^^)
but most tunes are poorly produced etc...so was presuming it would be sampled from somewhere (another track)....although i heard banging a hollow log has a similar effect

ok, done some more research, the 'donk' sound is never recreated on a synth - they just sample it and the original is a klubbhead's track (i know of the klubbhead's duo) but which track?

Give it a few years and Hardcore will be mixed with Donks coz it is sounding more and more like club music as the years go on

Re-Con's remix of 'Angel Eyes' sounds like it has a bit of donk in it...
