i am hunting down a good mixer i want to buy for under $300. i don't mind if it 2 or 4 channel, longer it a good ass mixer that i can get my hands on. so tell me what new and what is good out there!

behringer djx700 when you often clean it,....he can hold a long time but much people have problems with the djx700 (i'm one of them).
The Price is ca. 200$ i think (in austria you get him for 190€)
But hes a good mixer....

DO NOT buy that mixer
it sucks
it's terrible quality
get a GOOD mixer.

and don't classify behringer mixers in the 'good' category =P

I want a mixer than can make music into food!
I wonder if they have any mixers that can make coffee, I've seen someone put a coffee maker into their computer but no mixer yet...

well, i am looking for a mixer that is good for the music i spin!(U.S. HARDHOUSE,HARDCORE,TRANCE,HAPPY HARDCORE, AND TRANCECORE.) and also i scatch alot and need to try something new like some digest effect. and the channel of the mixer....i don't care how many longer it 2 or 4 channel only!and also easy to use but look hard to use to other people(just kidda longer it look tight)

don't buy the behringer
if you're wanting to scratch I'd recommend either a tascam, rane, vestax, or stanton
if you're wanting effects, I'd either go with the numark fx or pioneer djm500/600

I'm still holding on to a Vestax PMC-06A. I'll sell it to you for 125$ with ship. Great condition, etc, etc, PM me for detals ;)
Don't have the origional fader caps, but eh, works fine for me.

the pioneer djm707 is soo nice for scratching, and its under $300
not much for looks though
i have the numark PPd01 as well, love it to bits, lovely smooth faders, and does a great job for scratching too, it might be under $300 now, not sure.
i barely use the fx though, sticking the left/right on for scratching always sounds good though
