I just bought a new soundcard and studio monitors today, and now need some cables to hook em up, but before I went out and bought a pair, I just wanted some advice and suggestions from more experienced ppl.
I bought:
"Mackie Tapco S8" studio monitors
&
"Maudio Delta 66" soundcard.
The S8s supports 'Balanced TRS/XLR and unbalanced RCA inputs'
but the Delta 66 only has 1/4" TRS Jacks.
I was actually wandering which type cables would be more stable or any suggestions that anyone may have sorta thing.
I really cant wait to hear what this combination will sound like since ive heard so much good stuff bout em lol.

Ah, ive decided to go with TRS to TRS, dont think the XLR connectors gonnaa make a major diff lol.
BTW, my brother had a few TS guitar cables lying around so Ive hooked em up and they are very warm on the bottom end and very clear even when played low.
Id recommend these to anyone, even though its my first pair and i havnt really had the chance to hear out other monitors.

Wicked feeling when you get it all to work though... just hooked my decks up to pc, and that was a lot of cable fannying.
