I'm not really into it but, I have heaps of respect for it. Its been reinforced by the fact, the guys at my school think my music is awsome. They're fully into Hip Hop, yet they bob around to the likes, of Trance and Hardcore.

What I dont like about rap (RnB (modern that is) too but anyway) is not the music is what it brings out of people especially in a club you can be on the dance floor havin a laugh and if the Dj puts on some rap/RnB the whole mood of the club changes and every one suddenly has an attitude.

I really do feel sorry for all the young teens growing up in today's society
All they see on TV is rapper's pimpin' it large, they are by no means good role models
Beside's that, my god the music is terrible, it must be the most popular music in nowadays society, if not one of the most popular
That's a damn shame if you ask me
P.S. i went to a normal dance club last night, flip & fill where there live, hate them as i may, i found myself dancin' to there stuff more than rap music

jeez theres so much musical bigotry going on. musics subjective, if u like something then u like it, if u dont u dont, u cant call a music style shit because u dont like it cos the thousands of other ppl listning to it cant be that wrong. ****s sake lets b a bit open minded here!

I used to luv flip n fill! Not so much now, but i can see why i liked them, not havin been familiar with hardcore back then.

Too true, but it's true Bling bling hiphop is utter shite, aka the majority of the rap released in the past 5 years and I think people get the wrong impression because of this bling bling stuff. Real hiphop is wicked though, the Early/Mid 90's were it's prime and I don't see it getting any better, but there's some nice stuff being made.
And Eminem's allegedly producing Nas's next album, god I hope it's not true, he can't produce for shit, Encore was an Atrocity.
So yes, Rap on the radio= Shit. Real Rap/Hiphop= Wicked. =)
But still, if you don't like it, no need to slate it.(Yes i've contradicted myself, but BB rap truly is poo. :P )

its true the shit you hear on the radio is gash, dig a little deeper n u find some truelly quality shit, like seany sed i dont mean to contradict myself but the commercial shit on the whole does suck, unless ure into it etc etc. in my opinion its worth lookin beyond what they play you

Some of guys are the biggest hypocrites I've ever stumbled upon. You sit on these message boards complaining and crying half the time about how people don't like your music and how it should be treated equally, yet you make posts against a genre you guys don't like. Doing the same thing as the ones you are complaining about.

Man do i have to argree with all of that, music is bad lyrics are degrading and racial but if one does not listen to it one isnt cool (IM proud not to be "cool") plus whats with all the Sh*t they wear, i swear if some of the youngens would see one of these so called artists wear some panties tied around there head everyone would and think its cool.
